The specialty of this type of profiles is an ability to ensure the high degree of fixing and junction strength due to perforation. The maximum adherence of surfaces is ensured by cross-section of profile, which represents an acute angle.
The choice of material grade and thickness of punched angles depends on the customer’s requirements to a particular structure. ANKOR offers angles with following parameters:
- thickness of angles varies in the range: 0,22 ÷ 0,3 mm;
- length of punched angles is: 2,5÷3 m (as agreed with the customer);
- diameter of the holes in legs of angles is about 5 mm.
The company ANKOR provides equal leg angles with the same wall thickness. Such profiles reliably protect angles against possible deformations.
Angles and screed rails are produced according to technical standard 1810-002-72218851-2011 and to the technical regulations of aluminum strip GOST 13726 of alloys 5182, 3104. Thickness of strip is 0,22; 0,26 mm, depending on the size range. The standard length of profiles is 3000 mm, in agreement with the customer profiles can be of any length.

Punched angles and screed rails are packed in corrugated boxes in the amount of 200 pieces. They are packed in 80x80 cm pallets for 50 boxes per each.
The loading is carried out from the top with a beam crane.
